What is Psychoanalysis?

Psychoanalysis is a specialty founded on the premise that people possess unconscious motivations, thoughts, and feelings which may be recognized through psychoanalysis treatment. Transference-focused psychotherapy, where psychoanalysts build a relationship of open dialogue and questioning with patients, which may reveal behavior or thoughts patients are unaware of
