Dr. Ferro's office staff in Torrance is a bit disorganized and does not do a great job of following up, but if you take it upon yourself to be your own advocate, you can keep things on track. His staff at Oak Park, on the other hand, are phenomenal and I don't think I've ever had a better experience. Dr. Ferro, is warm, energetic, confident and skilled, he makes you feel valued and is direct about options. I like a doctor who tells you like it is and can come up with options that work for your conditions. I'm still waiting to see the bill but if everything works out like his insurance coordinator tells me, I'm going to be very happy with the overall work he did on my knees.
