We've been going to Dr. Smith for over 8yrs.  If an insurance provider doesn't have him on their In Network providers list, that won't be our insurer.  
Dr. Smith and his staff are caring, compassionate & always have a positive attitude.  I'm grateful that our paths crossed so many years ago.
