Dr. Cho office manager was rude and had the Dr to cancel my prescription cause I was informed and told that Dr Cho accepted the insurance that I was recently put on. The lady talked to the office manager and they set my appointment for 2:30 but they charged me a co pay in which the insurance was not active they did not refund my money and she to the Pharmacy to hold my medication till I can pay for the visit in which I was informed they took the insurance I had. So im going without medication for the pain and im suffering very bad. The office manager was rude and hung up in my face and would not allow me to talk to Dr Cho she said take care everything. So sad
