Dr Gilbert received his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed Urology Residency training at the New York Presbyterian - Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He then completed Urologic Oncology Training at the University of Michigan. Dr Gilbert is a cancer surgeon and clinician-investigator in the Department of Genitourinary Oncology (clinical) and the Department of Health Outcomes and Behavior (research) at Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. His clinical practice focuses on urologic cancers including bladder, kidney, and testicular cancer.
