WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Where do I start?
1. FIrst visit was 6/28, Dr was expected at 12:30 showed up after 1pm
2. Finally in room with him and he does not listen, instead he just goes thru the motion, he asked me if I was still taking my medication?!?!? UGH NO, this is my FIRST visit!!! Had to tell him I am pregnant about 3 times, only to have to tell him again the next day.
3. Asked if I was a smoker, I said yes but not while pregnant, I looked at his notes on the computer and it said "Never Smoked". not correct sir, 20 weeks ago I was smoking a cigar 2-3 times a day!
4. He says I have o do and EKG and an Echo. OK... there was no gown for me to wear during the EKG, so I had to lay on the table naked [only panties] while his two MA [ladies] set me up. THey had a hard time figuring out how to turn the machine on. When I went to do the Echo, it was with a man, but luckily, there were gown in that room. Odd.
5. Came back next day [today] to get results from Echo, took them a while to find the paper.
6. I get in the room and I notice their computer was fully logged in with another patients info on display!!!!! Once I saw it wasnt my info I reached over and minimized the screen.
7. DR finally came in room, asked if i was ok or had palputations, i told him iwas tachy at that exact moment [i felt HR going up so I asked MA to check and sure enough it was 105bpm] he then asked me if i was taking any medications. WTF!?!?! NO! Mentioned I was pregnant again and he acted like it was his first time hearing it, so i told him again i was 20 weeks, he wrote 28 so i had to correct that.
8. Listens to my chest then says "Well, your Echo was fine, come with me" I follow him to the hallway where he tells his MA that I need the monitor and walks away. WTF???
9. She then explains to me its something I have to wear for 30 days, but I am already done with this place so I ask for all my results. SHe goes to a stack of paper, YES a stack of PAPERS on her desk to finger thru them to find my EKG results. SHe makes a copy and hand it to me, I see SOMEONE ELSES name on the top of the paper hand written in!!!!! I said, this isnt mine, she looks and its "ohhh opps sorry" she shuffles more papers and magically finds mine and writes my name on it. When I get the copy I realize there is NOTHING on the paper that indicates its mine, no name, no birthday, NOTHING, she just looked at it and assumed it was mine. SMH
10. I then go to ask for my Echo, adn I am told that computer doesnt have a printer, but its all in the computer, then I realize, F THIS I cant even trust if its mine?!?!?!!? I left and will now be going to a family friends 3 hours away to look at my heart.

You deal with people HEART man, their f-ing HEART you should take the time to LISTEN and EXPLAIN whats going on to your patients.

Nightmare DR office.
