This provider was a in-network provider from my insurance. I called in advance with insurance information. After the first visit I was told to pay in full for a visit. I was surprised because this was not even mentioned it to me earlier. I was told that my insurance does not covered the services. When I said I called the insurance before coming to the office, I was told that perhaps the first initial visit was not covered!  I had a hard time asking them to submit the claim - I had a conference call with the office staff and my insurance confirming my benefits and they still did not believe, and wanted the proof of explanation of benefits. The next visit would have to be paid by me again until they submit the claim to insurance! I cancelled the appointment and of course did not recover the money for my first visit. Beware of their office and insurance practices.
