Once Dr. Geula looked at my ear and saw that being plugged up was the problem, he instructed the nurses to drain (clean) my clogged / blocked ear. It was so thrilled that he took immediate action right there on my first visit to a Providence doctor and did not delay in relieving me of my concern & worry. Once the ear was drained of wax buildup, I stopped hearing those throbbing pulsing (throbbing) sensations & sounds that had me worried and were bothersome. So I walked out from there very relieved. I was impressed that DR G took immediate action and that the nurses persisted with the draining until all the wax was removed and Dr Geula said he could see my eardrum. It was a happy day for me

Got Covid and tested positive 4th day, needed consult ASAP to get Paxlovid. Drs from West Hills office not available, so got televisit with Dr. At Agoura Site. Dr in Agoura was friendly, well informed, listened to my current symptoms, noted risks with Paxolvid, and prescribed Paxlovid for Covid at end of visit. Overall very pleased with quick response to my need to see Dr. that day.
