I was sent to Dr. Martin by my urologist upon a diagnosis of stage 4 prostate cancer. Dr. Martin's office has been easy to work with, through six rounds of chemo. He was on top of the latest research that suggested early chemo was better than waiting. He shared the research article with my urologist, who hadn't heard about it yet. As a result, I took the chemo. He also negotiated with the insurance company to get approval for a more expensive chemo drug that is easier to tolerate and more effective than the cheap one. This made chemo much easier on me than it could have been. Dr. Martin is always willing to take the time to listen to may many questions and provide thoughtful answers. He is cheerful and communicates well. The worse thing about their Parkwest office has been the parking, but they are building a new office nearby that will get rid of that problem. Highly recommended doctor and overall practice.
