This was my first visit with Dr.Michael Voss he had been recommended but I stayed until my doctor left.I wish I had followed their advice to switch, he Dr. Voss was clear & his explanations to the questions I had where Explain with a clarity I have not experienced.. He gave me my part to do in reaching out to him via MyChart & stopping & going into MyChart and walking me through it. I am a senior a little shy of the technology only because it is ALWAYS hurried with an explanation the is offensive.I felt empowered!!!! My next appt was scheduled with specific items I am doing and taking notes for my future visit.
