Dr. Snow and Mrs. Dudley have both been wonderful, and the dental care has always been great. Unfortunately, my experience with one person at the front desk has consistently been unpleasant. She has come across as rude and dismissive both in person and over the phone, especially when I’ve raised concerns about scheduling or communication. Phone interactions have also felt abrupt, with calls ending before the conversation felt fully resolved. I ultimately decided to continue my dental care elsewhere. If I could rate separately, Dr. Snow and Mrs. Dudley would easily receive 5 stars.
