I cannot say anything about the doctor, because the people who pick up the phone are incompetent and rude. They told me it would take 48 hrs (!) to look for a fax with the referral that my doctor sent twice. At first they pretended to be looking for it, and then Doreen got on the phone and rudely told me that I would just have to call back in two days. When I tried to reason with her, she kept shouting over me, and then hung up. Do not visit this office EVER!

Doctor Chenven did not show up for my appointment after sending me a confirmation text.  His staff then asked me to redo an already conclusive test that they had given me on a previous visit so they could charge my insurance for the doctors missed visit.   The staff member first told me they could not reach him, and 45 minutes later told me he asked me to do the test in their phone conversation.  I requested a call back from the Doctor, and have never received one.  I should have known better after my first two visits what an unorganized practice this is.
