i called the office and asked if they were in my insurance network. they (scheduling)  told me they were. i have an appt and scheduled a surgery. 
then i get a bill, and they are NOT in my network, and 2/3 of the visit is NOT covered. 

I have to cancel my surgery and find a new surgeon. I have already taken time off work, and arranged for equipment to be rented. 
very disappointed, i liked dr Eifler, but his office staff needs training and needs to be HONEST, not LIE about insurance coverage just to get you into the office.
