I visited Dr. Sutherland for two reasons: I am a 72 year old person with urinary urgency issues and the fact I had not had a rectal or PSA exam in 3 years or so. Dr. Sutherland kept asking me as to why I was there to see him. I continued repeating myself. Finally he did a rectal exam. After we went back to discuss the urinary urgency and he appeared to be at a lost communicating with me and became verbally aggressive and asked me impolitely to leave the office. I left the office and wonder over the facility looking for a way out. I  went to the facility administration and registered a complain.
