I was very satisfied with Dr. Bonilla as my OBGYN. He made my experience comfortable and took the time out to clear any misconceptions I might had have. I also loved that he would update my family while I was labor. I loved him so much my best friend is now under his care.

I previously wrote about the disaster first visit and now office visit #2 was not any better. I was scheduled for an exam and was asked to drink and not release my bladder for the sonogram.  When I get there I am advised by the nurse that I did not need to drink all the water and hold it because it was a different type of sonogram. I had to now try and release it all in order for my exam to come out accurate, OMG!!!

The nurse who attended me was very nice and apologetic. However, a few days later I get a call to schedule my surgery. She tells me the earliest appointment is May  31st. I'm like are you kidding me I started this journey in Feb 1st and you are telling me I have to wait until the end of May. So, I book my surgery and I am not happy. On May 19th I get a call stating I needed to go into the office the morning of May 22 for my pre-op and I was like sorry I am out of town that day can we do another day at the end of the week. No advised this back in March when I made this appointment. She was rude and nasty on the phone with me and told me if I didn't show up that I would have to reschedule my surgery and the earliest appointment would be August. Now I am like WTF!!!!! Long story short, I have selected elsewhere for my services.
