**Beware! This doctor and office staff do not care! **

I faced significant challenges trying to find the building due to an incorrect online address, which misled me to Henry Ford Hospital. When I called the provided number to inform them of my delay, I encountered an automated service that required me to leave my number for a callback. This lack of accessible communication is frustrating and unprofessional.

Upon finally arriving, the front desk receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. She struggled to understand my situation and dismissed my claim that I was late due to difficulty finding the location. She stated that my appointment had been canceled, despite my urgent need to see the specialist after waiting over a month. It was incredibly disappointing to learn that rescheduling wouldn’t be possible for another month, especially since there were no other patients in the waiting area.

Afterward, I researched Dr. Anthony Williams and found troubling reviews regarding his practice. Many patients reported that he rushes through procedures and neglects to take proper notes. Some even mentioned serious complications resulting from his haste. This is alarming and raises concerns about patient safety and the quality of care.

I urge potential patients to thoroughly investigate this practice before deciding. It’s crucial to prioritize patient well-being and effective communication in healthcare settings. Poor communication and a lack of prioritization for patient care are concerning, particularly when patients are in and out within five minutes while everyone else sits and waits about an hour to see the doctor. Please read the reviews before considering this practice; it’s not worth the risk!
