The worst obstetrician, overcharged, did not make an appointment to charge my insurance company, and had a very bad attitude

My appointment time was schedules at 2'30pm today in Hacienda office. I reached to the clinic at 2'15pm, as usual I signed my name on the front desk list, then I asked the front desk lady 'I would like to use the inside restroom.', the front desk nod her head due to she was on the phone, when I entered into the room was about to go to the restroom, I heard someone yelled 'Hey' very loud, and I saw the nurse came to me with a poker face then said 'You need to wait outside till we call your name', I said ' I just want to use the restroom', then she said 'No, you need to go outside, you cannot come in'. Then I went out sit in the waiting area and thought I could wait for a bit till you guys call my name. And the next thing was, the nurse came out from inside room said to one pregnant woman ' Your appointment time is 2'30pm, and now it is only 2'20pm, you arrive early, we just finish lunch, we need rest, you cannot come so early', after it, she turned to my side said ' You are same, you cannot come so early, you need come as your time set', I did not say anything back to her because there still a pregnant woman there, then the woman left, I heard the front desk said ' Sorry, the nurse said we need to empty the waiting area', I certainly stood up and talk to the front desk ' Plz cancel my appointment.' After this lame thing with this clinic, I called my health insurance agent said I need to change the OB, I cannot stand with this lame services. What is wrong with this nurse??! If I did not remember wrong, this nurse was called by Dr. Yeh as 'YA LING'.

Honestly, I was shocked and very very upset that time with this 50yrs-looked woman's rude tone saying, I have been a patient with Dr. Yeh since 2019, was ref by my previous OB because she was out town that time. I have my two babies delivered with Dr. Yeh. I met the nurse couple of times already, and I have no clue why she was act so rude today with her unprofessional service attitude??! Does Dr. Yeh aware about it?? This is an allowed attitude to patient in this clinic? This is absolutely ridiculous, and of course unacceptable!!! I would not stay with Dr. Yeh no matter how skillful he is, training the working staff in the office is also one of the Dr.'s responsibility!

Dr. Yeh, I respect you since I had my two babies delivered with your clinic, however, you really need to train your staff in a more professional way! There always more choices no matter what. This is United States, I need the basic respect!
