Waiting for almost 3 weeks for a needed prescription and was told 2 times prior to this situation (while I was in the process of getting an appointment) that it was sent to two different pharmacies.  The Front desk lies to you!!!   Luckily the prescription isn't lifesaving at this point, but they don't seem to care anyway!!  Now they have had the denial from the insurance company for 2 days and still can't get an authorization (too busy I guess).  They keep explaining the process, but I have had to call multiple times to get them to do the process.  I called on 12/13 to make them aware of the form and number the needed to call to get this going.  They didn't submit it via fax until 12/18.  Office Staff is AWFUL!!!!!
