I had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor; but he is great. He listened to my symptoms and made a diagnosis. Prescribed me some medication, but because insurance didn't cover, I had to call back for them to either get a prior authorization or write me a different prescription. More than a week later,  I'm still waiting for the prescription. Although the staff is friendly, they do NOT know what is going on. Took my information and was told I would get a call back. No one ever did. I called in again. More than a week, several phone calls and many minutes being placed on hold later, I still don't have the medication that I need, nor am I any closer to getting it. Don't try calling the office, because you'll be placed on hold forever and end up talking to the whole staff, because the number you're on doesn't have the ability to be taken out of the loop of held calls. Off to another doctor I go.
