The doctor himself is very pleasant and helpful. However, his office staff is rude and unorganized. When I first tried to become a new patient, they lost my information. After finally seeing the doctor, I received multiple phone calls asking me to set up a new patient appointment. When I called to stop the calls, they told me they hadn't  called me,  and I was wrong. Every interaction with the office staff was unpleasant. At my last appointment, the doctor was running 2 hours behind. When I needed to make a follow up appointment, the doctor said 3 weeks. When I wasnt available for the one 3 week follow up appointment they had available and I had to reschedule, I had to wait 6 weeks to see him. Between the terrible delays and the office staff, I decided it wasn't worth it.
