Saw Dr Cil for the first time on 4/12/17. He was very nice and explained what needed to be done to fix my arm. He got me on his surgery schedule for 2 days later. on the day of the surgery, he came in and explained again what he needed to do to try and repaired my fractured elbow. He was very thorough in explaining what all him and his team were going to have to do as there was severe damage to my elbow. After the surgery, he met with my wife while I was in the recovery room and explained what had been done and what she needed to do to help me. 

Dr Cil cares about his patients and takes the time to explain what needs to be dne and what procedures he may need t0 perform. He takes the time to answer all questions a patient may have. He and his staff are awesome. They are true rock stars in my book.
