She was on call when I needed her, and even though way, I only met her once or twice before. She did an amazing job and kept me relaxed and informed as I could be. "

"I had a terrible experience with Shannon. Before I could describe my symptoms and concerns, she would already cut me off and provide a remedy and was so certain on what it was. Back pain? It's allergies, take claritin or zyrtec. Headache? It's allergies. Body reacting to humidity? It's allergies. Coughing? It's allergies. (Not that it could be a result of have strep throat for 2 weeks at all.) My husband was there and asked me why didn't I tell her my other concerns; well, how can I when she didn't even listen to the basic ones? She was one of the main factors I don't wish to go back to that office, even if there are other doctors there--I'd hate to get on her schedule again. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend. "
